
HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner plays an important role in partnering with committee directors to drive organizational effectiveness and support the achievement of IFSA’s goals. The HR BP serves as a trusted advisor to the board on HR-related matters and collaborates with committees to implement strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational mastery, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with committee directors to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support IFSA’s objectives

Partner with recruiting teams to attract top talent and support the selection and onboarding process of new committee directors

Partner with committee directors to drive a high-performance culture and foster member engagement

Serve as a primary point of contact for member relation issues, providing guidance and coaching to committee directors on employee performance and conflict resolution

Proactively guide committee directors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
